Brian Higgins

Brian Higgins is the Senior Vice President at Oracle, where they focus on Corporate Securities, M&A, and Governance. Prior to joining Oracle in 2011, they served as a Managing Director at Citigroup from 2005 to 2011, specializing in Corporate M&A and Strategy. Their legal career began as an Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates from 1996 to 2005. Brian holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown University, where they continue their education.
