Bruce Phipps, CPP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in payroll management and product development. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Product Manager on the US Legislative Team at Oracle since September 2022, Bruce previously held roles such as Director of Shared Services and Payroll Compliance at People 2.0 and Regional Payroll Director at American Academic Health System. Bruce has been actively involved with the American Payroll Association since 1988 as a National Speakers Bureau member and has served in various capacities at the National Corvette Museum since 1997, including President and Vice President.
