Candace Marles

Candace Marles is a Learning and Development Leader with extensive experience in eLearning design and instructional methods. Currently, they serve as a Learning Experience Design Consultant at The Center for Black Health & Equity, where they focus on addressing inequities in women's healthcare through interactive learning solutions. Candace is also involved with the ATD - Research Triangle Area Chapter, leading the Learning Trends and Innovations special interest group. Their background includes roles at Oracle as a Principal Informational Content Specialist, as well as various positions at GlaxoSmithKline, SAS, and ELM Learning, where they were instrumental in digital learning development and project management. Additionally, they are pursuing a PhD in Music History Literature and Theory at Yale University.
