Carl Walker

Carl Walker is an experienced technology and management professional with a focus on public safety and policing. Currently serving as Director of Policing at Oracle since September 2024, and as Technology Advisor for Future Police HQ Construction with the City of London Police since May 2023, Carl has also held several strategic positions, including Strategic Technology Advisor at Lincolnshire Police and the Police Digital Service. As Chief Architect for the City of London Corporation from March 2023 to August 2024, Carl managed critical technology initiatives and oversaw over £900 million in projects. Previously, Carl held roles at Microsoft as Public Safety & National Security CTO, and as Managing Director for the internationally recognized health and fitness magazines Flex and Muscle & Fitness, where significant circulation growth was achieved. Further experience includes directorship at BodyPower Expo, a major health and fitness event in the UK.
