Cash Ching

Cash Ching is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and advisory, currently serving as Principal Talent Advisor for the APAC regions at Oracle. With over 9 years of experience at Oracle, Cash has been instrumental in recruiting for various critical roles across Sales, Pre-Sales, Consulting, Finance, Legal, and Engineering. In addition to leading recruitment across Greater China and ASEAN regions, Cash supports Oracle Financial Services Solutions recruitment for ASEAN and GC regions, as well as GBU hiring across Greater China. Cash also oversees consulting, finance, and R&D hiring in the Philippines and Thailand.

Before this role, Cash held positions as Senior Talent Advisor and Talent Advisor for the Greater China region and has prior experience as a Senior IT Recruitment Consultant at Tangspac Consulting. Cash holds a Master’s Degree in Operations Research and Business Statistics from Hong Kong Baptist University and has an academic background in Operations Research from the University of Kent. Fluent in English, Mandarin, Chinese, and Cantonese, Cash brings a multilingual and cross-cultural approach to talent acquisition. Major achievements include leading critical and diversity hiring across the APAC region, building new teams from scratch, and developing strong relationships with line managers and HRBPs.
