Cezar Moraru is an Oracle Enterprise Technology Architect with extensive experience in the database and cloud domain. They previously served as a Senior Oracle Developer and DBA at Valrom Industrie, where they crafted Oracle applications and reports, and as an Oracle Support Engineer at Oracle, providing technical support for database products. Currently, at Deutsche Telekom, Cezar leads efforts in database and cloud strategy, managing an international team and enhancing customer relations.
