Christie Book

Christie Book is the SVP of Global Executive Recruiting at Oracle. Christie has over 20 years of experience in executive recruiting, specializing in the technology industry.

Christie started their career at The Ransford Group in 1996 as a Sr. Consultant, Executive Search. Christie quickly rose through the ranks and was recognized as one of the top performers in the company. In 1998, they left The Ransford Group to join Korn/Ferry International as a Client Partner, Technology Markets.

At Korn/Ferry, Christie was responsible for account management, search execution, and new business development specializing in computer hardware, software and services companies. Christie completed over 100 assignments for C-level executives in general management, sales, marketing, finance and human resources.

Christie has experience with both publicly held, multi-national corporations, as well as venture backed start-ups. Christie has worked closely with executive teams and Boards of Directors to identify, evaluate and attract senior management talent. Christie was the recipient of America's Region "Pacesetter" award in 2000, 2001 & 2002 for being the top 10% billed and collected partner ranking.

In 2004, Christie left Korn/Ferry to join Oracle as the SVP of Global Executive Recruiting.

Christie Book completed a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture at Louisiana State University.
