Christine Halpin

Christine Halpin is a seasoned professional services executive with extensive experience in human capital management (HCM) transformation initiatives. They began their career as a Personnel Research Psychologist at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, later serving as a Senior HCM Consultant at IBM. Christine has held leadership roles at various organizations, including Vice President at SAP Services and Customer Outcomes Executive at ServiceNow, and is currently the Senior Director of Consulting Services at Oracle. They hold a B.S. from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and an M.A. from George Mason University.
