Cindy Liu

Cindy Liu is an accomplished Senior Principal Product Manager at Oracle, with a robust background in program management and product innovation. Prior to joining Oracle in January 2022, Cindy spent 15 years at Microsoft where significant contributions included enhancing the Microsoft Search product through the development of collaboration and integration features, as well as managing multiple projects across the software development lifecycle. Additional roles included leading software testing efforts at Chinasoft Resource Technical Service Co. Ltd. and NBC News. Cindy Liu holds two MBA degrees in Business Administration from East China University of Science and Technology and the University of Canberra, and a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Northwestern Polytechnical University.
