Clay Reeves

Clay Reeves is currently the Group Vice President of Global Tax Policy and Advocacy at Oracle, where they lead the review of tax legislative and regulatory developments worldwide and collaborate with the Government Affairs team on tax policy advocacy. They previously held various leadership roles at Oracle, including VP Tax Policy & Appeals and VP Tax for Europe, Middle East & Africa. Clay's extensive experience in tax matters spans several companies, including Motorola Inc., Lucent Technologies, and First Data Corporation, where they served as SVP Tax. Clay has pursued advanced degrees in law and taxation from institutions such as the University of Denver and Northwestern University School of Law, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana University Bloomington.
