Congcong Jin

Congcong (Rachel) Jin is a Senior Software Engineer at Oracle, with prior experience as a Software Development Engineer at Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Amazon. At AWS, Congcong contributed to the VoiceID team, developing a cloud-based fraud detection and authentication system, focusing on enhancing detection accuracy and system performance. At Amazon, Congcong worked on Android device development for the Alexa service and developed backend Java projects, introducing new APIs for multi-language support. An internship also included designing a food service template for the Alexa app. Congcong holds two Master's Degrees, one in Computer Software Engineering from Xi'an Jiaotong University and another in Computer Science from UC Irvine, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Shandong University of Science and Technology.
