Craig Stephen is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in research and development. They served as the Executive Vice President of R&D at Oracle, overseeing multiple organizations including Oracle Labs, the Java Platform Group, and the Digital Assistant platform. Prior to this role, they held the position of Senior Vice President at Oracle from 2018 to 2022, where they were responsible for technical due diligence in mergers and acquisitions, as well as aligning information security technology. Craig began their career as a programmer at eShop and Ink in the early 1990s, and they have a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from Carnegie Mellon University. Craig also studied Computer Science at Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne.
