Daisy Yau

Daisy Yau is a Senior Patent Counsel at Oracle, where they focus on building strategic intellectual property assets. Previously, they served as a Principal Patent Prosecution Attorney at Invoke, P.C., prosecuting US and foreign patents and developing patent portfolios across diverse technologies. Yau has also held positions as a Patent Litigation Attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati and Paul Hastings, where they managed litigation and mentored junior attorneys. They began their legal career as a Judicial Clerk at the United States District Court, Eastern District of California, after earning a J.D. from UCLA and a B.S. from Cornell University.
