Dale Weideling

Dale Weideling is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at Oracle, where contributions span from 1994 to the present in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Group Vice President of the NACI Partner Ecosystem, Dale leads a team dedicated to optimizing partnerships that enhance customer outcomes with Oracle’s technology. Previous roles include Channel Chief for North America Cloud and Tech business, and VP of Partner Management, where responsibilities involved developing strategic channel strategies and empowering key partners contributing significantly to revenue. Earlier positions included managing channel sales and operations, as well as business development initiatives at MAPSYS Inc. and IBM.
