Daniela Istrate

Daniela Istrate possesses extensive experience in recruitment and human resources, having served as a Recruitment Associate at Accenture from November 2021 to January 2025, where responsibilities included end-to-end recruitment, training in various HR tools, volume and corporate hiring, quality auditing, and reporting to senior management. Currently, Daniela holds the position of HR Ops Support Analyst for Eastern Europe at Oracle, providing HR operational support for Greece & Cyprus, Bulgaria, Poland, the Baltics, and Hungary. Daniela's educational background includes a Master's degree in Security and Diplomacy from Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and European Studies from Universitatea din București.
