Dave Castleton is a design executive with over 20 years of experience in UX, Research, and Design Operations. Currently serving as the VP of Global Industries User Experience at Oracle, Dave leads user-centered design initiatives to enhance product experiences. Previously, they held leadership roles at Centro and CentralSquare Technologies, where they established design practices and built teams focused on improving user experiences across software solutions. Dave’s earlier experience includes UX design for the Obama for America campaign and significant contributions to television production at KUED-TV. They hold a Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction from DePaul University.
