David P.

David P. is currently a Principal Member of the Technical Staff in Border-Backbone Network Engineering at Oracle Cloud, where they focus on optimizing multi-site NOC management for US Government customer datacenters. Previously, they served as a Network Architect at The White House, establishing a multi-year transition roadmap and realizing significant cost savings. Their early career included roles as a Senior Network Engineer and Technical Project Manager at various organizations, including the FBI and USAID. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles.
