David Waltman

David Waltman is currently the Vice President of Product Operations at Oracle Health, passionately serving American Veterans and Servicemembers through leadership in health information strategy and technology. Previously, they held multiple senior roles at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, including Chief UX Architect and Chief Information Strategy Officer, where they managed significant health information systems and modernization programs. David's extensive experience also includes being the Chief Strategy Officer at ASM Research and AbleVets LLC, as well as program management at Microsoft, where they contributed to numerous software UX innovations. David is pursuing graduate and professional studies in Music and Law at Syracuse University, alongside a Doctor of Musical Arts degree in Conducting from the University of Washington and a Master of Music in Conducting from Western Washington University.
