Ella Marom

Ella Marom has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the HR Director for EMEA Employee Relations at Oracle since 1997. Marom played a pivotal role in establishing the HR function for Oracle's subsidiary in Israel, developing practices from basic procedures to complex organizational processes. Prior to joining Oracle, Marom held the position of HR representative at Indigo, where responsibilities included establishing employee onboarding processes during a period of rapid company growth. Ella Marom holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Classical Studies from Tel Aviv University, obtained between 1989 and 1992.
