Ellen Su

Ellen Su is a Principal Hardware Engineer at Oracle, responsible for testability and silicon debug of memories on UltraSPARC CPUs. They have extensive experience in hardware debug engineering, recognized for their expertise in silicon debug of SRAM/arrays on CPUs and high-performance circuit design. Previously, Ellen held senior roles at Sun Microsystems and Fujitsu, where they contributed to the silicon bring-up and validation of SRAM memories and full-custom designs for microprocessors. They earned a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Southern California.
