Fiona McAdoo

Fiona McAdoo is currently the Transformation Director at Oracle, where they focus on assisting the public sector in driving digital innovation and improving public services. Previously, Fiona held various leadership roles at London Borough of Camden from 2014 to 2016, including Head of the Chief Executive's Office and Head of Organisational Development. They also served as a Policy and Research Officer at Rochdale MBC in 2009 and worked at Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council as a Corporate Policy Officer from 2010 to 2011, contributing to policy and program development. Fiona earned a BA(Hons) from the University of York in 2008.
