Frances Borths

Frances Borths is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of corporate security experience, currently serving as the Regional Security Manager for Western North America at Oracle Corporation. In this role, they oversee operations, incident response, investigations, crisis management, event security, and guard force oversight across multiple states. Prior to their current position, Frances held management roles in Global Security Operations, Emergency Preparedness & Response, and Training across various companies, including Securitas Security Services at HP and Twitter. Frances has also contributed to the ASIS San Francisco Bay Area Chapter in several leadership capacities. They hold multiple certificates in areas such as chemical-terrorism vulnerability and emergency medical response.
