Garrett Harley is currently the Founder and Chairman of the Bay Area Mountain Bike Association, a non-profit organization dedicated to mountain bike advocacy in the greater Bay Area. Previously, Garrett held various roles at Oracle, including Director of Product Marketing and Director of Engineering & Construction Strategy, as well as positions at Primavera Systems and Bechtel as a project controls engineer. Garrett has been instrumental in advancing project management practices by integrating people, processes, and technology throughout their career. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Biology and Management at the University of California, Davis.
