Gary Hallmark is an accomplished Oracle Cloud Architect with both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT. They began their career at IBM Almaden Research Center, where they researched parallel database technology. After joining Oracle in 1989, they made significant contributions to various middleware technologies, including enterprise Java and application integration, and co-chaired the Decision Modeling and Notation (DMN) standard. Currently, Gary is focused on redesigning Oracle application middleware for cloud environments, integrating cutting-edge technologies such as chatbots and machine learning.
