Grant Rickard

Grant Rickard has extensive experience in customer and technical support roles, primarily within the technology sector. Since March 2010, Grant has held various leadership positions at Oracle, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Cloud Hardware Support for EMEA, APAC, and Japan, following roles as Vice President in customer and systems support. Prior to Oracle, Grant worked at Sun Microsystems from November 2003 to January 2010, progressing from Vice President of Global Customer Services in APAC to Managing Director for Global Customer Services in ANZO. Earlier career experience includes positions at Sigma Data and Akai Australia as a Technical Support Engineer and Repair Centre Engineer, respectively. Grant holds an electronics degree from the University of Technology Sydney and has pursued executive education at the University of Michigan and IESE Business School.
