Greg Kozakiewicz is currently the Director of Experience Design at Oracle, where they lead multi-disciplinary UX organizations focused on adopting AI and SaaS workflows at scale. Previously, they held positions as Head of Design at Safeguard Global and Senior Design Lead at Wipro, alongside founding Pencil Rebel Ltd, where they served as Design Director. Greg’s early career in design and UX spanned various companies from 1999 to 2013, culminating in a role as Head of Design and User Research for the Scottish Government. They are dedicated to helping enterprise companies navigate complexity through clear frameworks and fact-based leadership.
