Hamid Dizaei

Hamid Dizaei is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in operations management and technical support. Dizaei held the position of IT Operational UK Manager at Cerner Corporation from April 2019 to December 2022 while simultaneously serving as a Senior Manager at Oracle since April 2019. Prior to this, Dizaei worked as an EMEA Support Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from April 2013 to October 2018, overseeing the EMEA network team's daily operations and serving as the escalation point for network-related issues. Dizaei began a career as an Independent IT Consultant in Iran, working with prominent commercial and governmental entities, and later served as a Senior Escalation Engineer Team Lead at 3Com, managing a Level 3 support team.
