Hari Katla

Hari Katla is a seasoned technology executive currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Management at Oracle, where they are responsible for modernizing the customer service experience and platform. With extensive expertise in developing and implementing Cloud, ERP, and CRM applications, Hari leads a 1,500-person global support organization and oversees strategic initiative programs for over 15,000 support agents. They engage with business leaders to inform product strategy and manage expectations while also chairing governance and change control boards for the customer support organization. Hari holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, and is pursuing a B-Tech at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
