Heather LaPorte

Heather LaPorte is a talent management and development leader with extensive experience in strategic learning and development, cultural competency, and program creation. They served as the Principal Talent Program Manager at Oracle, where they partner with various lines of business to enhance recruiting processes. Previously, Heather held roles such as Director of Personal Development at Metro Milwaukee SHRM and Human Capital Training & Development Specialist at Concurrency, Inc., where they transformed programs and significantly increased engagement initiatives. Heather is pursuing a BS in Education from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and an MS in Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
