Helena Cai

Helena Cai is an experienced professional in talent advisory and recruitment, currently serving as Senior Director of Talent Advisory for Greater China, Philippines, Southeast Asia, and India at Oracle. Previously, Helena held the position of Recruiting Director for Greater China, Philippines, and Southeast Asia, as well as Recruiting Director for Greater China. Prior experience includes a role as Staffing Consultant at Intel. Helena holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a second major in Japanese Language from Shanghai University, where studies were completed from 1998 to 2002.
