Henry Chia

Henry Chia is a seasoned corporate real estate professional with extensive experience in transaction management across the Asia-Pacific region. They served as an Account Manager in the Corporate Solutions Team at Colliers International Singapore from 2011 to 2025, progressing to the role of Director for Enterprise Clients in Asia Pacific. Additionally, Henry held the position of Associate Director at Colliers International during this time. Currently, they are the Senior Transaction Manager at Oracle, having transitioned to this role in 2025. Henry earned a Diploma in Business IT from Temasek Polytechnic and a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore.
