Howard Chi

Howard Chi is currently the Vice President at Sino EverBrilliant Technology Co Ltd, where they oversee operations and strategic initiatives. Previously, they held senior marketing positions at Oracle China, including Director of Marketing and Senior Director of Marketing, leading various marketing campaigns and integrating demand generation strategies across product lines. Prior to Oracle, Howard held multiple management roles at IBM China, focusing on relationships with independent software vendors and overseeing different teams. They earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Optics from Beijing Institute of Technology and a Master’s degree in Information Science from McGill University.
