Hugo M.

Hugo M. is a seasoned Security Researcher with extensive expertise in reverse engineering, vulnerability research, cryptography, and penetration testing. They began their career as an Analyst Programmer at MULTICERT, contributing to European-funded projects such as STORK and developing e-voting solutions. From 2011 to 2013, Hugo served as a Malware Researcher at ESET, where they focused on the analysis of bootkits, rootkits, and protected code. Hugo then worked at Sony as a Senior Security Engineer from 2014 to 2018, specializing in penetration testing of IoT devices and breaking DRM systems. Currently, they hold the position of Consulting Member of the Technical Staff at Oracle, focusing on hardware security for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
