Iben Dalum

Iben Dalum is currently the HR Director at Oracle Danmark, bringing extensive experience in human resources leadership, project management, and managing R&D organizations. They previously served as the Country HR Leader for Oracle in Denmark and held multiple leadership roles at Pharmexa A/S, including SVP of R&D Laboratories and SVP of Project Management & HR. Iben began their career as a Staff Scientist and Ph.D. student at M&E Biotech before transitioning to a Project Manager role at the same company. They hold a Ph.D. from the University of Copenhagen, as well as a Master’s degree in Science from the same institution.
