Ilia Gilderman

Ilia Gilderman serves as the Vice President of Software Engineering at Oracle Health and AI since April 2024, following a nearly nine-year tenure at Amazon Web Services (AWS) where roles included Director of Software Engineering for Mainframe Modernization and Senior Manager for Migration Services. During time at AWS, Ilia Gilderman played a pivotal role in launching and leading the Database Migration Service and Schema Conversion Tool, driving substantial revenue growth and overseeing their operational success. Prior experience includes co-founding Nurego, where Ilia Gilderman acted as CTO, and holding senior engineering positions at EMC and VMware. Academic qualifications include both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
