Ines Martinez

Ines Martinez is a seasoned Product Design Leader with a decade of experience in product design leadership and change management. They have successfully mentored design teams and led multi-role groups throughout the product lifecycle for major companies, including Oracle NetSuite, where they oversaw a design team supporting 200 PMs and Engineers worldwide. Ines has previously held significant roles as a Senior Consultant and Change Management Consultant while managing their own design studio, serving clients like IBM and Santander. Currently, Ines leads an international team of designers at Oracle and is furthering their education in Innovation and UX Design.
