Jaco Botha is a Technology Practice Director with over 30 years of experience in software implementations specific to the retail industry. They have expertise in the design, development, and administration of the Oracle Retail Application Suite, and have worked across various retail sectors, including grocery, fashion, and hardware. Previously, Jaco held multiple roles at Oracle, including Senior Principal Consultant and Consulting Practice Director, where they managed teams and provided technical consultancy to clients. Jaco began their career as a programmer at Ackermans, later moving to the United States to work as a consultant for DATASKILL. They hold two National Diplomas in Computer Data Processing from Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
