Jacob Beck

Jacob Beck is currently a Research Scientist at Oracle Labs, focusing on coding agents and deep reinforcement learning after completing a DPhil at the University of Oxford. During their doctoral studies in the WhiRL lab, Jacob was funded by the Oxford-Google DeepMind Doctoral Scholarship and authored a survey on meta-RL. They also hold both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Brown University, where they researched human feedback and multi-agent game theory. Jacob's prior internships include notable roles at Microsoft Research, Adobe, and Lyft, showcasing their expertise in machine learning and autonomous vehicles.
