Jacquelyn Flickinger

Jacquelyn Flickinger has extensive experience in financial management and strategic development within the public sector. As Managing Director at Oracle from October 2020 to November 2022, Jacquelyn led a team focused on enhancing value for public sector clients through Oracle Cloud solutions and developed performance strategies for sales teams. Previous roles include Director of Strategy & Business Development at Oracle, where Jacquelyn engaged in public sector initiatives, and Controller at the City of Roseville, overseeing all accounting functions and financial audits. Jacquelyn also held positions as Audit Manager at Gilbert Associates, Inc. and Manager at Kafoury, Armstrong & Co., supervising audits for governmental entities.
