James Moulton

James Moulton is currently the Senior Director of Finance for Middle East & Africa Cloud at Oracle, with a strong background in commercial finance and strategic decision-making. They previously held various finance roles at Oracle, including Finance Director for the UK, Ireland, and Israel, as well as Global Services Finance and Commercial Manager at Serco. Earlier in their career, James worked as a Finance Partner at CABLE & WIRELESS WORLDWIDE PLC and as an Executive at James Cowper. James holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance from The University of Birmingham and is a qualified ACCA.
