Jayant Dubey

Jayant Dubey is a Software Development Director with extensive experience in incentive compensation implementations using Fusion Incentive Compensation and Oracle eBusiness Suite. They have worked in both functional and techno-functional roles across various projects, including payroll and Learning Management systems, from pre-sales through to post go-live support. Jayant has held significant positions at Tata Consultancy Services and Oracle, currently managing implementations on cloud platforms while aspiring to leverage their diverse skill set for future projects. They hold a Master of Technology in Electrical Control Systems Engineering from VJTI and are a Certified SAFe 4 Agilist.
