Jeanette Bray, MS, PMP, SSBB, CQA, is a Senior Performance Improvement Leader at Oracle Cerner, drawing on over 15 years of experience in performance assessment, training, and project management. Previously, at New York Blood Center, they spearheaded major process improvement initiatives and successfully led multi-year projects, enhancing operational efficiency across multiple sites. Earlier, Jeanette worked as a Quality Specialist at the Community Blood Center of Greater Kansas City, where they managed nonconformances and ensured compliance with regulatory standards. They hold a Master's degree in Project Management from Missouri State University and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Rutgers University, along with Lean Six Sigma certification.
