Jen Kline is a Senior Principal Knowledge Leader who has worked across both the Healthcare IT and Telecommunications industries, focusing on consulting, project management, and business analysis. Formerly a Senior Team Lead at Cerner Corporation, which was acquired by Oracle, Jen has managed teams while leading complex optimization projects and enhancing client workflows. They began their career as a Management Trainee Intern at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where they excelled in sales and project collaboration. Jen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from the University of Missouri-Columbia and is pursuing studies in French Language and Art History at the Institut catholique de Paris. Outside of work, Jen enjoys travel, hiking, kayaking, and exploring new culinary experiences.
