Jenny Cotner

Jenny Cotner is a Senior In-House Employment Counsel and trusted legal advisor for leading tech companies, with extensive experience in employment law. They obtained a JD from Duke University School of Law in 2002 and a BA in Political Science from Duke University in 1999. Cotner's career includes roles at firms such as Godfrey & Kahn, S.C. and Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP, as well as in-house positions at Oracle, where they held titles from Corporate Counsel to Senior Managing Counsel in Employment. Prior to these roles, they gained foundational experience as an intern at the Wisconsin Department of Justice and a summer associate at O'Melveny & Myers LLP.
