Joe Conklin is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in business development and sales within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Vice President of New Business Development at Oracle, Joe is responsible for driving net new customer sales growth for Oracle Health's Healthcare Data Platform in North America. Prior roles include Vice President of Client Relationships and Vice President of Client Excellence at Cerner Corporation, where Joe led the establishment of a new Global Client Excellence Operational support team.
