John Ranalli

John Ranalli is the Director of Product Management at Oracle, specializing in product strategy for CX Service with a focus on field service. With over 15 years of experience in customer experience and service, along with more than 11 years of expertise in Oracle Field Service, John has contributed to the enterprise-class SaaS solution used in over 57 countries. Prior to joining Oracle, John held various roles at Great Lakes Computer Corporation and Information Technology Services, further honing their skills in technology and product management. John earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic and Computer Technology from Bowling Green State University.
