Johnny Crivello

Johnny Crivello is a product strategy and innovation leader with extensive experience in enhancing customer experiences through technology and automation. They currently serve as the Director of Product Strategy and Head of the Oracle CX Innovation Lab, where they focus on driving innovation within Oracle's Cloud Customer Experience SaaS platforms. Previous roles include Senior Principal Technical Product Manager at Oracle and Senior Technical Sales Consultant at Primus Knowledge Solutions, where efforts contributed to successful acquisitions by major companies. Johnny holds educational credentials from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and is pursuing further studies at Milwaukee Area Technical College.
