Joseph Lynch has over three decades of experience in leadership and sales roles across various sectors, including government and technology. Starting as Regional Vice President at Olan Mills from January 1984 to April 2000, Joseph managed a team of eleven middle managers, focusing on market expansion and operations. Joseph then held the position of Senior Account Executive at Unisys from April 2000 to December 2008, specializing in business development for NYS Government Agencies. Following this, Joseph served as Regional Sales Director for Oracle from December 2008 to April 2017, leading sales efforts in the North American public sector. Joseph continued at Oracle, transitioning to Vice President for U.S. Government and Education in April 2018. Prior to this role, Joseph worked at Pure Storage as Director of SLED Sales for the East. Joseph has also contributed to the NYS Forum, Inc. as Former Chair of the IT Corporate Roundtable.
