Junior Candia

Junior Candia is a seasoned Customer Success and SaaS Transformation Leader with extensive experience in project management and business development. They served as Delivery Office Director at SAP from 2008 to 2011, managing a team overseeing over 100 projects annually, and later held roles such as Customer Success Director and Latin America Partner Delivery Director with SAP Ariba until 2024. Currently, Junior is the Head of Business Development for Manufacturing Apps in Latin America at Oracle. They hold a Master’s degree in Project Management from Uninove and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul.
