Kadri Allan

Kadri Allan is the Global Head of HR at Cerner Enviza, where they set the strategic HR agenda across talent, organizational effectiveness, and reward areas in collaboration with international leadership teams. With previous roles including HR Director at Newton Europe Limited and Reward Manager at Vodafone, Kadri has built a diverse career across manufacturing, finance, consultancy, and telecom industries. They hold a Master’s Degree in European Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management from Keele University and a Bachelor’s degree in Developmental Psychology from Tallinn Pedagogical University.
